Hey, welcome. GE, is great, its a lot more laid back than other emu sites.
You have to host your image first (external hosting like imageshack) then going into your User CP and Change Signature.

If you (or anyone else wants), I will host your signature picture locally on the server and give you a link to it. Our limits are much higher than NGEmu, so no need to worry about having small pics. Thanks for noticing our effort to be different. Our goal has always been to be a more casual and enjoyable community than the norm, and it's nice when people notice this.

When your posting make sure the the 'signature' check box is ticked. (If you tick it once it should stay on and always post with your sig)
