problem with netSock v0.1

I had try to use netSock v0.1, but I get this error:
'Error loading NETqueryPlayer:Error Loading Symbol'. Can somebody help me? Also, is there any others NetPlay plugin for pcsx? AFAIK, epsxe working well with CyberPad plugin. Unfortunately, CyberPad plugin is not working with pcsx.
