RE: game genres/what floats your boat!

I only really like 2 types of games.

Adventure
(Including Point n Click, RPG, Open End platformers)

Shooters
(First Person, Third Person)

In reality I don't care about genre, it just needs to have a engaging and solid story for me to play a game. FPS's haver been great lately, there only fault is that there really shorT (COD4, Bioshock, Crysis can all be finished in a few sittings).

Adventure, RPG, FPS and sports.

Adventure with exploration and puzzles. RPG with old-school system battle and good story. FPS... damn, they do not do FPSes like HL2 anymore and sports, I'm quite fond of racing. Smile

Different people like different games, I don't really like most RPGs since they are mostly about killing stuff to get more powerful so you can kill bigger stuff with the goal of getting even more powerful.
