i run the pal game dragon ball z legends and i get a black window where the game should be.

when i turn logs on it says this.

Intel Celeron M processor 520 (1.6ghz, 533mhz fsb, 1mb l2 chache)

im using petes d3d or whatever plugins

what CD plugin are you using? try Petes CDR Plugin. maybe named like P.E.Op.S or just pete's.

If epsxe cant handle the game, I suggest u trying it on PCSX or some other PS Emulator

check that the cd plugin is set to the right drive if your using any vitrual drives

Have you considered ripping the disc and mounting the image? That can resolve plug-in issues -- or at least it has in my personal experience.
