Will my pc run pcsx2 good?

hi, here are my pc specs....

AMD Athlon 64 x2 (Dual-Core) +3800 2.00ghz (5.70ghz rating)
3gb ddr Ram
XFX 8600gt xxx 256mb Overclocked Edition

Windows Xp Pro SP3

Most games likely would run acceptably good (halfspeed to fullspeed if not higher depending on specific games), with sound and gsdx.
