Due to some recent misuse of beta information that I have made available and have allowed, there will be an application process for access to the PCSX2 Beta Forums. There are a few requirements that must be met before a member can apply for access, and that is:

1. Must have been a member here for a minimum of 90 days
2. Must have a minimum of 100 posts on these forums
3. And must demonstrate a good moral attitude in this community
   

To apply, post here stating your nature with PCSX2, any experience (though that is not required) and reason for needing access. Anyone is eligible for access, but this is sort of a screening process, so I can weed out some of the bad apples. Sorry for the inconvenience folks, but it's either this, or I ban all beta support on this site and essentially carry the same rules as NGEmu. I hope you all can understand that.

I still don't know what are these new beta forums, but sound good.

I tihnk I have been with the project since the 0.6 version (thats more than 90 days), but I haven't got enough posts :S

i think we can give you access on special grounds we know youve been around for a very long time doing the cvs/svn stuff, but dont everybody think we will be making exceptions.

I stopped messing with pcsx2 code when it stopped compiling under dev-c++.
Yeah i know im lazy, still studying c++, but at a slow pace.
Ive been here since the beginning, some ppl already knows me. (ref i stopped asking for 64bit builds )
I beta tested adripsx (man thats old!!) if it does matter.
Theres where i meet prafull, and together we made savestate central, with savestates from epsxe. Good ´ol times!

what about people like me . i was in the forum from 3 months but i dont like to post silly posts and i only like to see the new pics of the new release of pcsx2 .what do i have to do to enter the new beta forum??

Well, you have to go through the process like the new rules say..

Exceptions are only made to those who we are very aware of, meaning that if we dont know you that well, we wont be able to judge you or trust you, Thus you cannot enter the PCSX2 Beta Forums.

But that doesnt mean, you cannot view Screenshots of the Latest Beta..

While Only those given permission would be granted access to PCSX2 Beta Forum and Post on that Forum, the Others would be able to enjoy screenshots posted here by GeneralPlot Only..

Well, if you are really interested, then you should put some effort and try and get there.

I hanging around here everyday. I've been following pcsx2 since pcsx2 0.038. Mmmm...what year is it...2003 or 2002. Still in University that time and not very active. Slow down posting shot recently because of my new job Getting back my gear next month

And you need to post intelligent stuff, not crap like me.

Hey General Plot, I'd like to apply for the beta forum, in case I ever can buy visual studio

I have been a member for more than 90 days, and I had about 93 posts before the forums went down the last time, but a little over half of them got lost after the forums went back up.

I show great respect towards ngemu, and generalemu, and would never do anything I wasn't authorized to do without permission. I follow the rules respectively, have not had any warnings on either ngemu, nor generalemu.

Also I believe throughout my time posting in the last year on ngemu, I only had opened one rule breaking thread, that I wasn't aware was breaking a rule. That thread was posting a link to, or advertising my website.
