A few random shots here. Found this one on BBC's website and bookmarked it on the PSP. You can see the page here.
This one kinda surprised me. Piracy talk in a game.
And one from a battle in Final Fantasy 7 (now on the second CD).

Piracy talk in a game????!!! General Plot do you happen to know what that game is? Because there's a circular X button in the speech box maybe it's an online ps2 game or something?
Most memorable quote on Generalemu: "But when I see the name refraction, I go "Wow, thats a cool f***ing name." -MireTank.
It was from Astonishia Story. I took those shots from my PSP. It's not online or anything, was just a weird character in the game.

Something new I just found. A website that can download MP4's of youtube, google video and iFilm, preformatted to run on the PSP. The site is Besttube, just point your PSP's browser to that link. This is a very convenient site indeed. You do your search, and get your results. Choose one you'd like to download.
Then, when you choose to download, it automatically points to the PSP's video folder so that you are able to download and play it immediately, all from the PSP without any use of a PC.
I'm not entirely sure of the legality of this site, but I imagine that it's not breaking any copyrights since all of it's media comes from public video sites, and we all know about the Firefox video downloader plugin. Keep in mind that some videos are only available in FLV (flash video format) so not everything is available for immediate download to PSP, but the list is still pretty long.
On a side note, I'm on the final disc of FF7.

Here's a game me and Ref know and love. Gitaroo Man. Looks absolutely awesome on the PSP. My only complaint is that with the buttons so close, it can be hard at times to be as fast on them as you're supposed to be. This game certainly plays eaiser on the PS2, but not because of it's screen size, but due to the PSP's button layout.

Hows the FPS on the psx emu? A while back at least, you could play some games like ffVII but it was soooo slow, and kept me from doing much with it. Has it improved to the point where it is both playable and enjoyable?

Well, with Sony's emulator, it plays flawlessly. Popstation pulls it off really well.

Ehhh, I didn't even realise that sony had an emulator out for the psp - man I have been out of the scene too long. When did that come out? I was speaking of the old pcsx port that someone did.
