Need to this old s**t rig working ASAP

I have three pcs at home: my Quad, the old P4 (suffering of dead PSU) and some OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD Celeron 333MHz (slot 1) 128Mb, pre-historic mobo (AT PSU connector). I once opened it (the latter one) to clean the dirty and all... but now it doesn't work! The outside LED panel says "333MHz" and the cpu itself makes some noise but the fan is not running, and no image appears on the monitor. Remember that it was working before I unscrewed it. Any ideas?

Hmm, why I want to fix it? To give it to my mom so I can trade the Pentium 4 to some laptop (very useful to uni).

remove the dust from the *components* again more carefully (cpu and ram, and look into the psu venting. a period of an hour or so after dustcleaning before turning the thing on is suggested to avoid 'aftereffects'). see if these are mounted properly.

so ?

Check if the capacitors are still in good condition, if there are fluids around them or if the top looks "popped" that means that whatever it's attached to is pretty much dead.

Does it post (make beeps) when you try to turn it on? If so, you could check your motherboard's documentation and they might indicate what the problem is.

One short or long beep? So nothing appears on the screen, not even the post sequence?
