Could you please post the following.

. You full computer specs, including OS and SP number
. You PCSX2 full config, plugins you use, GS plugin and version, CPU options, etc
. The game you are trying to run, including its version (Pal, Ntsc, etc)

Its really hard to help when we know nothing.
