Need help with nes emulator

I didn't see a nes forum so I figured I'd post it here. I just recently started using nestopia but I'm getting a image distortion. I'm running winxp and directx9. I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

The rom worked fine with fce ultra but that program apparently had a tojan in it so that's gone.

Tried Mednafen ? 'features fce ultra code for NES emulation.
which game is that, by the way ?
