Linux question
Can I play any emulators with Linux or only Windows ?
 
EMU: MAME - BSNES - VirtuaNes - Gens32 - VBA - DeSmuMe - No$gba - iDeaS - NeonDS - ePSXe - Xebra - SSF - NeoPop - WSCamp - OSwan - PJ64 - PCSX2
OS: Windows XP Professional X64
CPU: Intel core 2 Duo Processor E8400 (2x 3.0GHz/6MB L2 Cache/1333FSB)
Processor Cooling: Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooling Fan System Kit Silent & Overclocking Proof

There are some emulators that works natively in Linux or is even included in some distros (reading from the ubuntu package list) like ZSNES, GFCE, DSEMU, FCE, VBA Express, and gsnes9x.

The reason I want Linux is because of iDeaS developer is focus on LINUX verion and no more for windows.
Reading from the ubuntu package list ?? How do I find one to look at the lists of emulators, please ? Any links? Thanks.

counting on the official repositories is generally not the best idea. Just grab linux packages from official pages, everything is generally selfcontained (unless otherwise mentioned. the proprietary drivers for ATI and Nvidia generally are indispensable for a much more pleasant gaming experience)
