IRC Chat enabled here again.

OK, I've gotten the updated version of the IRC chat plugin we had before and reinstalled it. Just got done testing it, and works great. You'll find the link to enter chat in the top menu of the forums, which will bring you into our IRC channel (#generalemu on Efnet).Smile
