GSdx 1.8 released

Gabest released another update for his PCSX2 graphic plugin, GSdx. No changelogs available, as usual.
Note: additional DLLs required (available in the download link)
Additionally, Gabest made a new Pad plugin for PCSX2, namesaked Xpad.
