GS Plugin problems
hey guys,
first i want to congratulate pcsx2 team for their great work and i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw that pcsx2 0.9 was released.
But i'm having a problem with the gs plugin coz in the pixel shaders list, i only get the "bogus" thingy. i can't choose the others coz they're not in the list. And i don't want to choose the bogus one.
Plz help

Yeah, if your graphics card doesn't support pixel shading, then you won't be able to use 0.9 I'm afraid.

RE: GS Plugin problems
as far as i know the 440 mx doesn't support pixel shading. go and buy yourself a new graphics card, there are chaep ones which do also support pixel shaders & co. .

RE: GS Plugin problems
Yep, the Geforce MX series cards do not have programmable pipelines so they cannot support pixelshading (as well as vertex shading), therefore the only option you have is the fixed pipline. I personally recommend getting a modern day ATI card if you are getting a new video card just for this. Direct3D is the best API for ATI cards.

It will work, but the screens will look like crap
