To create and iso, you don't just copy the content of your CD's onto your HDD, you need to use a program to do so.
Give this a read.

Use IMGBURN (Google it and download it) other than DVD Dec they have the same GUI.

RE: Final Fantasy VII ISO Help
Hey I did what you said and it worked! Thx. But just one more question.. My second and 3rd discs are messed up. The IMGBurn got halfway through, and stopped. It said something like Can not read from source. You have any idea where I can get FFVII ISO? Or is that wrong for me to ask? Hopefully, you could help me out ^^;

Yeah, it isn't allowed to ask for a ISO, ROM or any other copyright protected material, even if you legally own it! Sorry!
But you could try to clean your CD and try it again or use another program like ISOBuster (not free, but there's a trial copy available!), because some progs have better failure corrections...
Hope it helped you a little bit!
