You have the June 2007 SDK and .NET 3.5 framework? That's what I'm working with.

Also: ...anyone else wanna try compiling these? With all the problems you guys report, I kinda wanna give up. >_> Toungue

It's work well here. I figured that you should install framework 3.5(orcas)

RE: PSP Player - Download

Alorwin - I don't think they are issues with your builds so much as issues with some project setting or some missing dependency on the peoples machines. Before I do an official release I was going to go through and test it on a bunch of different platforms and made sure it worked - it's actually one of the things keeping me from making an 'official' release. What would be nice is for everyone who is having trouble to report more info than 'it's not working', such as OS (major/minor versions), machine type (32 or 64-bit), .NET Framework versions installed (list all the vX.X.X folders in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework), version of the DirectX runtime (from dxdiag.exe), etc. Even things like installed virus scanners may matter, or the status of DEP (as the CPU is a dynarec, it generates and runs code, which some virus scanners may detect as a virus) - it may help to disable those too.

RE: PSP Player - Download

framework 3.5 beta is a bug so I do not think I want it. I will keep 3.0 until beta is being test and no more bugs. Smile

RE: PSP Player - Download

The 3.5 framework shouldn't be required, even if built with Orcas. Once it goes gold, I'll probably move over to it, but that won't be for at least a few more months.

RE: PSP Player - Download

k, I know people have problems with my builds.. ;-; [DirectX june 2007 SDK + .NET Framework 3.5? That's all I can think of], but I continue, for the sake of completion.

I'll find somewhere else to post them, or someone could make a suggestion. No, Rapidshare is not an option. Something that allows a direct-link for the downloads, to save time/energy/whatever.

RE: PSP Player - Download

After i installed Framework 3.5 the problem with missing files was solved.

But now when i start the emulator i get this message: "SSE Support is required."
Although I have Athlon XP 3000+ ( pretty old, I know) it does support SSE instructions, so i don't know what is the problem.

RE: PSP Player - Download

Shendo: the Athlon XP doesn't support the extra instructions in SSE2 (AMD didn't add those until the Athlon 64's). Sorry ;(

RE: PSP Player - Download

Oh, I thought that only SSE (not 2) was required.
Well, anyway it is not a problem, I know that my CPU is old.

Thanks for clarifying things, keep up a good work Wink

Stupid .net 3.5... I don't know why that was the problem, sorry everyone. If I could have gotten VS2005, I would'a, but no money = no non-beta compiler. :<
